Note: The Exam Question Preparation Committee may partially modify the distribution of these subtopics and question numbers while keeping these sections and question counts fixed.

EXAM CENTERS

IYÖS will only be held in Iğdır province. Depending on the number of applications, exam centers may also be opened in other cities and countries.

Before applying for the exam, the exam fee must be paid to the account numbers specified below. The payment receipt must be uploaded to the system during the online application. Applications without a receipt will be considered invalid.

The exam fee can be deposited via EFT/Transfer/SWIFT.

Candidates applying for the exam from abroad and within the country can deposit the exam fee through correspondent banks or banks that facilitate international transactions. Below are the points that candidates, whether from within the country or abroad, should pay attention to when depositing the exam fee.

 

Points to be considered by domestic and international candidates who will pay the exam fee:
 

Please write your Passport or ID number and your name as stated on your international identification, including your first and last name, as the explanation on the receipt.

  • The amount charged by banks for transfer fees should be calculated separately from the exam fee; it should not be included in the payment made for the exam fee.
  • Before leaving the bank branch after paying the exam fee, candidates must carefully examine the bank receipt given to them. If there are any errors in the information, they must correct it before leaving the bank.
  • After depositing the exam fee, log into the system and upload a photo of your bank receipt and the page of your passport or Turkish ID containing your identification information. If the uploaded receipt is unreadable or if another image is uploaded, the application will be considered invalid.
  • The money sent by candidates is considered deposited after being transferred and credited to the account. The exam fee must be fully credited to the account within the application schedule. Otherwise, the refund of money credited outside the schedule will not be made, and the application will be considered invalid.
  • For the exam application fee, do not send special checks, money in envelopes, postal checks, or similar means.
  • If the information mentioned above is incomplete or entered incorrectly (such as uploading an unreadable receipt), the application will be considered invalid, and the paid fee will not be refunded.
  • If the exam fee is deposited via EFT/Transfer/SWIFT, the confirmation of the exam application is processed by our office experts by checking whether the money has been credited to the account based on the uploaded receipt document.

The fees for IYOS will be charged from candidates according to the table below.

EXAM FEE REFUND

Refund of the exam fee is only applicable if the exam, which is scheduled to take place at the exam center selected by the candidate and organized solely by Iğdır University, is canceled. No refund will be made for any other circumstances. As fee refunds are made in Turkish Lira (TRY), the refund is processed based on the exchange rate of the day on which the refund is made

* Things to consider in order to get a refund in case the exam is canceled at the exam center determined by Iğdır University;

  • When the exam application fee is paid as a lump sum,
  • In the case where the receipt deposited via ATM and uploaded to the system does not contain the Passport/ID number, name, and surname of the applying student in the description section:
  • If the name, surname, and passport/ID number of the applicant student are missing or incorrectly written in the description section of the receipt, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.


Situations Where Refund Is Not Performed:

  • For those who have deposited the fee but:
    • Withdraw their application,
    • Have their application considered invalid,
    • Fail to take the exam or are unable to enter,
    • Arrive late for the exam,
    • Are not admitted to the exam,
    • Are removed from the exam,
    • Fail to achieve success in the exam,
    • Have their exam declared invalid,
  • ​No refund will be made for the exam application fees of candidates in the above situations. If it is determined that a candidate has made a payment from two different accounts by creating different accounts in the system, no refund will be issued for the deposited fee. Applications of candidates who do not pay the exam fee within the application schedule will not be accepted. Exam fees collected from candidates are not transferable to future years.

EXAM APPLICATION

1- The creation of a user account by the candidate does not imply that they have applied for the exam.

2- After activating the account, log in to the system and click on the 'Online Application' option.

3- The candidate fills in the necessary information and uploads the required documents without any omissions.

4-To complete the application process, the exam fee must be paid and the receipt must be uploaded to the system.

5-Exam Fee: The exam fee must be paid through EFT/Transfer/SWIFT, and the receipt/deposit slip must be uploaded to the system.

 

ENTRY TO THE EXAM

Candidates must submit their Exam Entry Documents one week before the Exam Date.http://intstudent.igdir.edu.tr/They can view and print their records by logging in.

On the exam day, candidates should only take with them their Exam Entry Documents and the Passport or ID Cards they have uploaded to the system.
