Who Cannot Apply?

​ ​Those who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkey or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (excluding those who have completed the last three years of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country, except for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, from before 01.02.2013).

​ ​Those who are citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (excluding those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and have GCE AL results, as well as those who registered and received education at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010 or will have GCE AL exam results).

​ ​Dual citizens with Turkish citizenship, except for those who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and have completed the last three years of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country, except for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (excluding those who completed their secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education outside the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus before 01.02.2013).

​ ​Dual citizens with one of them being a citizen of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, except for those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and have GCE AL results, as well as those who registered and received education at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010 or will have GCE AL exam results.

​ ​Applications of Turkish citizens or dual citizens with the first citizenship being Turkish, who are studying in schools within the embassies in Turkey or foreign schools in Turkey, will not be accepted."
